A card reader with a function similar to an alternate switch is needed, which reads the information in the card when an IC card is inserted, stays ON while the card is inserted, and turns OFF when the card is removed. Therefore, by combining an embedded board-type card reader with a dedicated LAN unit and creating firmware suitable for the system, the product was realized. By customizing the firmware, the product has become easy to integrate into the customer's system.
